Prices and proposals

This version of the website shows no prices: the price of each project comes after we talk. Timeline, scope, price and payment terms for each project go into a written proposal, and only that proposal is a commitment for both sides.

Monthly fees (hosting, CRM, maintenance) are shown separately from the project price and are also confirmed in the proposal. Third-party costs, such as domains, ads or paid AI services, are agreed separately.

Sending a form does not hire any service and does not create any charge or automatic renewal.

The free digital check-up

The check-up is free and ready within 1 hour during business hours. It starts from your answers in the form and from what is public about your business (website, Google, social media). It brings recommendations, not a guaranteed result: sales and reach also depend on the market and on how the actions are carried out.

The package suggested at the end of the form is automatic and is a starting point for the conversation.

Using the website

You are welcome to browse, read and share the links. You may not:

• send forms with someone else’s data without their permission, or with false information;
• send passwords, documents or sensitive data through the forms (if the project needs it, we agree on a secure channel);
• use bots to send forms in bulk or try to get around the website protections;
• try to access areas, systems or data that are not public.

Who owns the content

Texts, brand, logo, videos and the website code belong to BF or are used under license. You can quote excerpts with a link to the source; to reproduce more than that, ask first.

The voice of the check-up and of the opening is generated by AI from the founder’s voice, with his permission, and is labeled on the website.

Client work shown on the website appears with their permission.

External links

The website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, GitHub and client websites. Those services have their own rules and policies, which apply while you are on them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website up and the information correct, but it may go down for maintenance or because of a provider failure. If you find a mistake, tell us on WhatsApp and we will fix it.

Nothing here limits your consumer rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.

Changes and jurisdiction

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. Brazilian law applies. The courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to use the courts where they live.
